S2401SAT-STA-20091222-00148 E Effective Date: 12/24/2009Grant of Authority Special Temporary Authority Intelsat North America LLC On December 24, 2009, the Satellite Division granted the request of Intelsat North America LLC for special temporary authority to continue operating the Intelsat 706 space station in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.7 GHz, (space-to-Earth), 12.50-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands at the 54.85° E.L. orbital location through February 3, 2010. Operations pursuant to this authorization shall be in accordance with conditions imposed as part of Intelsat 706's authorization to operate at this orbital location granted on March 20, 2009. S2789SAT-STA-20091230-00153 E Effective Date: 01/06/2010Grant of Authority Special Temporary Authority Intelsat North America LLC On January 6, 2010, the Satellite Division granted special temporary authority to Intelsat North America LLC, through January 12, 2010, to continue in-orbit testing (IOT) of the Intelsat-15 space station (Call Sign S2789) at the 63.15° E.L. orbital location and to drift Intelsat-15 to its assigned orbital location of 85.15° E.L. after completion of IOT operations. Intelsat North America is authorized to use the 13.75-14.00 GHz (Earth-to-space), 14.00-14.50 GHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.20 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.70 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 12.5-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency bands for these operations. Operations pursuant to this authorization shall be in accordance with conditions imposed as part of Intelsat-15's authorization granted on December 3, 2009.
