Washington, D.C. 20554 News Media Information 202 / 418-0500 Internet: http://www.fcc.gov TTY: 1-888-835-5322 DA 10-224 February 3, 2010 Guard Band Licensee and Band Manager Annual Reports Are Due March 1, 2010 By this Public Notice, the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (Bureau) reminds certain licensees that the ninth annual reports from 700 MHz Guard Band Licensees and the eighth annual report from Access 220, LLC, a 220 MHz Band Manager,1 are due March 1, 2010. In the annual report, as required by 47 C.F.R. § 27.607, Guard Band Licensees must supply the Commission with specific information for each license held.2 Guard Band Licensees should note that the basic information required in the annual reports was revised in April 2007.3 In addition, these reports must be filed electronically through the Bureau’s internet site at http://esupport.fcc.gov/reports/700_guard/submitreport.jsp.4 The public can view the reports at http://wireless.fcc.gov/services/index.htm?job=about_reports&id=700_guard.
