The Federal Register published a summary of the Open Internet Public Notice on September 10, 2010.2 As indicated in that summary, comments on the Open Internet Public Notice are due on Tuesday, October 12, 2010, and reply comments are due on Thursday, November 4, 2010.3 The Open Internet Public Notice and the Federal Register summary provide instructions for filing comments and reply comments.
