DATES FOR THE ELECTRONIC TARIFF FILING SYSTEM 
NOTICE OF PROPOSED RULEMAKING

By this Public Notice, the Wireline Competition Bureau announces that the Electronic Tariff 
Filing System Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ETFS NPRM)1 was published in the Federal Register 
today, August 11, 2010,2 starting the pleading cycle in WC Docket No. 10-141.  Accordingly, comments 
are due on Friday, September 10, and reply comments are due on Monday, September 27.3 Commenters 
must follow the filing instructions provided in Section IV.B. of the NPRM.4
The ETFS NPRM is available on the Commission’s website at
