The Commission released a Notice of Inquiry in this proceeding on June 17, 2010. The Notice provided that comments must be filed by July 15, 2010, and reply comments must be filed by August 12, 2010.1 On June 21, 2010, James W. Anderson filed a motion to extend the dates for filing comments and reply comments. Mr. Anderson asserts that the extensions of time he requests are necessary to collect a complete record on the issues set forth in the Notice.2 2. It is the policy of the Commission that extensions of time shall not be routinely granted.3 In this instance, Mr. Anderson has not shown good cause for an extension of the deadline for filing comments and reply comments in this proceeding. 3. ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED that, pursuant to sections 4(i), 4(j), and 5(c) of the Communications Act, 47 U.S.C. §§ 154(i) and 154(j), 155(c) and sections 0.41, 0.251, and 1.46 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. §§ 0.41, 0.251, 1.46, Mr. Anderson’s motion for extension of the comment and reply periods IS DENIED.
