FOR FILING COMMENTS AND REPLY COMMENTS
REGARDING JOINT PARTIES’ REQUEST FOR FM DIGITAL POWER INCREASE
AND ASSOCIATED TECHNICAL STUDIES

On May 22, 2009, the Media Bureau released a Public Notice (“Public Notice”)1 soliciting 
comment on several issues relevant to recent filings in the pending digital audio broadcasting proceeding, 
MM Docket No. 99-325.  The Public Notice set deadlines for filing comments and reply comments at 21 
and 35 days, respectively, after publication of a summary of the Public Notice in the Federal Register.
On June 12, 2009, a summary of the Public Notice was published in the Federal Register.2  
Accordingly, comments must be filed on or before July 6, 2009, and reply comments must be filed on or 
before July 17, 2009.  Comments should follow the filing instructions in the Public Notice.  The Public
