 1.  On  March  7,  2003,  Advantage  Cellular  Systems,  Inc.  (Advantage)  filed  the  above-  captioned  petition  for  designation  as  an  eligible  telecommunications  carrier  in  the  state  of 
 Tennessee  pursuant  to  section  214(  e)(  6)  of  the  Communications  Act  of  1934,  as  amended.  1  On  April  25,  2003,  Advantage  submitted  a  request  to  withdraw  the  above-  captioned  petition.  2 


 2.  ACCORDINGLY,  IT  IS  ORDERED,  pursuant  to  the  authority  delegated  under  sections  0.91  and  0.291  of  the  Commission’s  rules,  47  C.  F.  R.  §§  0.91,  0.291,  that  the  request  to
