ULS Pay Fees

Overview

The ULS Pay Fees module of CORES is a replacement for the legacy standalone ULS Pay Fees application. This allows ULS filers to retrieve their remittances for filings that have not yet been paid.

Who should use CORES for paying ULS fees?

Accessing with FCC Username

Log into CORES with your FCC Username. If you do not have an FCC Username, select the option to register. Once logged in, you’ll need to associate your FRN(s) if you have not already done so.

Select the Payer FRN from the dropdown list (see Figure 4). If your FRN is not on this list, it can either mean that your FCC Username is not associated to the FRN, or it is associated but not with the “view Financial Info” permission. You can check your permission level by going to “Manage FRNs” from the same menu in Figure 3. If you need to update your permissions, contact the users who have Administer level permission with the FRN.

Once you have selected the FRN, if there are any fees available for the FRN, you’ll be presented with a list. If there is more than one fee, you may choose from the list to either pay them individually, or together in one transaction. (See Figure 5)
