Express Form

• Name of Filer: Enter your name if these are your personal comments. If you are filing on behalf of an organization, you may want to use ECFS Expert.
• Email Address: Your email address is not required. If you do provide it, we will not make your email address publicly available.
• Address: You must fill out your address. If you have an international address, you should use ECFS Expert.
• Type in or paste your brief comments: If your comments take more than a minute or two to compose, we recommend you type them up in another program before pasting your comments in the window. That way you will not lose your work if there is a problem uploading. If you want to attach your comments as a file, you should use ECFS Expert.
• Continue: When you are ready to submit, click Continue. You will then be prompted to Review and Confirm your submission.
